About Me
Hi, I’m Yinyin Zhou — a designer working at the intersection of research, interaction, and emerging technology.
Before design, I spent over a decade in finance — a background that still shapes how I approach problems: analytically, strategically, and with an eye for systems.
Today my work lives at the intersection of physical interaction, AR, and spatial storytelling. I build experiences you can touch, hear, and feel — ones that invite people to slow down and notice the world around them.
I'm currently completing an MFA in Interaction Design at the School of Visual Arts (2026).
Outside of work, I love reading, traveling to explore new places and cuisines, and spending time at museums and the theater.
